Presentation *

The Narativ House Showroom features contemporary and high-end brands. To maintain the showroom's high standards, we require that all garments be steamed and presented professionally. All tags and hang tags must be professionally made (handwritten tags are not acceptable). Additionally, please ensure that you use professional marketing materials. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in your brand being removed from the showroom.

Property & Insurance *

The Narativ House and W New York are not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged property or merchandise during the showroom event. We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect your merchandise. Merchandise insurance is optional.

Showroom Operations *

The Narativ House & W Hotel have the right to adjust showroom operating hours at any time during the showroom should any emergencies occur. Brands will be notified of any adjustments to showroom operations.

Particpation Fee *

The Narativ House NYFW Showroom at W New York participation fee is $500. You must submit payment for participation by January 20th. Failure to submit payment will forgo your spot in the showroom. Invoice will be sent once your application is accepted.
